- 1 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice (about 4–6 lemons)
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 4 cups cold water
- Ice cubes, as desired
- Fresh mint leaves or peach slices, for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Prepare the peaches: Peel and slice the peaches. Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Make the simple syrup: Heat sugar and 1 cup water over medium heat, stirring until sugar dissolves. Cool to room temperature.
- Combine the lemonade: Mix lemon juice with remaining 3 cups cold water in a pitcher.
- Add peach puree and syrup: Stir peach puree and cooled syrup into lemon water. Adjust sweetness if needed.
- Chill and serve: Refrigerate for 1–2 hours. Serve over ice, garnished with peach slices or mint.
